gatorade and protein bars

These things are okay to be drinking/eating while we are working out. These are great things to take when we exercise to get our electrolytes back up! You do not need to dock points for these things as long as you are using them when we are exercising and not just using it for a sneaky "sugar" fix....

  1. Good to know! My husband Kevin works all day in the sun and water just doesn't cut it after a while. He often resorts to sodas, but during the challenge he was wondering what else he could turn to for hydrating. I think Gatorade is a great answer.

  2. he could also have powerade or something of that sort that has electrolytes in it!
